Jenny Pistell, Co-Founder & Managing Partner of JP Workman Group, brings energy and passion to recruiting. She was born and raised in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. After receiving her B.S. in Marketing, she entered the real estate industry, primarily focusing on helping businesses with relocation for their employees. Her position at the time allowed her to move to Chicago, IL, where she lived for over 10 years. Jenny transitioned from real estate to recruiting in 2011 and has never looked back. Her experience with several top firms in Recruiting allowed her to focus in hiring Sales, Technology and Marketing positions. She loves helping companies find the best and brightest talent to place on their teams and enjoys helping candidates take the next step forward in their career path. Now based in Cleveland, Ohio, Jenny often spends time in both cities for business and fun. When she’s not interviewing candidates, you can find Jenny out exploring with her dog, Sophie.
Sarah Workman, Co-Founder & Managing Partner of the JP Workman Group, is passionate about finding the best talent for her clients. She hails from Southwest Michigan and graduated from Western Michigan University with her Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Business Marketing. While attending WMU, Sarah also competed on the Women’s Basketball team. After college, Sarah moved to Chicago and took a position as Sales Representative with a payroll services company. Her inquisitive nature made for a natural transition when an opportunity arose with another Chicago-based company to work as Lead Recruitment Manager. After spending nearly five years refining her expertise in recruiting, Sarah knew she had the knowledge and drive to partner with Jenny and create their own firm. When Sarah isn’t searching for top talent, she can be found enjoying spending with her husband, 3 sons and her daughter in Niles, MI.
